It takes just 40 minutes to travel from Da Nang to the enchanting Hoi An Ancient Town, and for the four of us, a taxi 🚖 is the most convenient option. The car will drop you off just outside the ancient town! A one-way ride from Da Nang ➡️ Hoi An costs around 300,000 VND🛡️.
The ancient town is bustling with visitors, and the small shops are filled with some truly charming clothing options😍. We arrived in the afternoon, strolled through the narrow, picturesque streets, and then headed to a renowned café (P7️⃣-🔟) for a relaxing coffee break☕️. The ambiance is absolutely stunning, and while the prices 💰are slightly higher than average, they are still reasonable👌🏻 and more affordable than back home.
We booked a coconut boat experience directly through Klook, and it was just a short 10-minute taxi ride away. Arriving at around 4:45 pm, we were perfectly on time to catch the breathtaking sunset, which was simply magical 🥰.
For dinner, we dined at a highly acclaimed restaurant (P1️⃣1️⃣-1️⃣2️⃣). We got there at 6 pm, and surprisingly, there was no queue. The food was exceptional👍🏻, particularly the baby squid. We also indulged in the local specialty, Cao Lau noodles🍜, which I highly recommend!
Hoi An at night is even more captivating, though it does get quite crowded. After a day of exploring and racking up 20,000 steps🚶♀️➡️, I was thoroughly enchanted by the experience💕.
