After spending several days in Indonesia, I can confidently say that this was the most exceptional meal I’ve had. It truly feels like the pinnacle of high-end dining in Surabaya. The service was impeccable; I even had a delightful conversation with the waiter about a show called “Flowers and Youth” (Hua Shao), and our exchange was smooth and engaging.

He went above and beyond by helping me switch to a more comfortable seat. The portions were not only generous but also perfectly suited my taste. For those who prefer lighter flavors, I highly recommend the steamed fish and pumpkin sprouts. The black pepper crab and salted egg yolk shrimp, which were recommended by other diners, were equally fantastic.
