The Phinisi stands out as one of the most unique liveaboard vessels in the world. On this adventure, 19 guests from 7 different countries came together to form a vibrant, multinational family, all set to uncover the breathtaking beauty of the Komodo Islands. Our first day on board was filled with excitement and anticipation.

The Phinisi is a traditional Indonesian sailing ship, born from the ingenuity of the Bugis sailors of South Sulawesi, Indonesia. This enchanting wooden vessel, with its two majestic masts and seven billowing sails, symbolizes the daring voyages of Indonesia’s ancestors, who once navigated the seven great seas of the world.
