If you, my friends, are planning a trip to New Zealand, make sure to remember the following ten points😉. Otherwise, you might run into a lot of trouble in New Zealand!

①🚩For travel, the South Island is more fun than the North Island, so if time is tight, I highly recommend the South Island first😎
②🌂Bring your own umbrella; umbrellas in New Zealand are expensive, and don’t believe anyone who says it doesn’t rain there!😏
③🧥Pack a windbreaker; the weather in New Zealand can be quite unpredictable, and when it’s cold, it’s really cold.

🥶
④☕The coffee in Wellington is great, but Chinese food is pricey. You’ll have to decide whether to eat Chinese or Western food when you get there.😜
⑤😎Make sure to apply sunscreen…🌞
⑥👗Try not to wear branded clothing or carry designer bags to avoid unwanted attention.🙅‍
⑦🚗It’s best not to leave anything in the car for the same reason above.

🙅‍♂️
⑧🛒Roadside shops are very expensive, so it’s better to buy bottled water at large supermarkets.💧
⑨🚫Stay away from grassy areas and remember to use insect repellent to avoid being bitten by bugs.😣
⑩📅Check the public holidays in New Zealand; many stores close during these times, which can affect your travel experience.

I previously joined a 7-day, 6-night tour of the South Island with a small group of four, and many of these tips were given to me by the tour leader, which indeed helped me avoid a lot of trouble! It made my trip to New Zealand very enjoyable!
