As the title suggests, I donned a wool sweater, a rain jacket, and jeans, confident that I’d stay warm and dry. But, to my surprise, it poured relentlessly in the mountains. Not only did my jeans get drenched, but even my supposedly waterproof rain jacket was thoroughly soaked At first, I was puzzled by the foreigners sporting short sleeves and shorts, wondering how they weren’t shivering.

It soon dawned on me that their choice was actually genius—shorts and t-shirts dry much faster, allowing you to quickly shake off the rain and stay comfortable

The trail featured three suspension bridges, and after braving the first one, I dashed back to the car to change into some dry clothes
