🚗Glacier National Park – Spegazzini Glacier boat tour
The children are too young for glacier hiking, so we chose the Todo Glaciares boat tour, which offers a breathtaking view of the hundred-meter-high ice walls.
Book the Captain’s Room, which includes breakfast on board and lunch at the viewing station, with crew members serving freshly harvested glacier ice for berry wine.

Walk the boardwalk to admire the Perito Moreno Glacier, still worth it even after visiting Antarctica! It’s not a substitute! The lake views reminded us of Banff, while the glaciers felt very Alaskan, and the restaurant was surprisingly good.

We didn’t camp or carry heavy gear, so we skipped the W route. If the weather is good, head to Fitz Roy, with the iconic Laguna de Los Tres trail, a 26km round trip taking 8-10 hours.
