Discover the Breathtaking Beauty of Iguazu Falls in South America
Finally arrived at the dream destination – Iguazu Falls! As the second largest transnational waterfall in the world, one can only truly grasp the wild and romantic essence of nature by experiencing it firsthand. The thunderous roar of the waterfall and the mist that envelops everything create a surreal carnival at the end of the world.

In “Happy Together,” Ho Po-wing says, “Let’s start over.” But some moments and some people are meant to be experienced just once, never to be recaptured. I always feel that standing under the waterfall should be a shared experience, not a solitary one.
📽️ Wong Kar-wai captures this sense of unfulfilled longing at the edge of South America: a waterfall on a desk lamp, a journey left uncompleted.

The rain in Iguazu seems eternal, just as Ho Po-wing and Lai Yiu-fai remain forever trapped in the summer of 1997. Standing alone under the waterfall, drenched from head to toe, I am enveloped by the rising mist. In the haze, I faintly hear a voice in Cantonese, saying, “Lai Yiu-fai, let’s start over.

” But when I turn around, all I see is the vast 2.7-kilometer-long waterfall, swallowing the echo and leaving me with only the memory of a fleeting moment.
