How to Explore Neuquén Province Heading North in Spring on a Budget

After a year of anticipation, the little adventurer was finally ready to embark on his next grand journey. Just last year, when he was still a tiny explorer under a year old, we embarked on an unforgettable road trip from Chubut Province all the way to Salta Province, where we celebrated his first birthday in style.

Now, as his second birthday draws near, we are setting out once more, this time passing through Río Negro Province, home to the renowned tourist destination of Bariloche. Río Negro is a breathtaking lake region, boasting numerous lakes and national parks. We had already explored most of these natural wonders during our stay at Lago Puelo, so we decided to keep moving forward without stopping.

Our first destination on this new adventure was Parque Nacional Lanin, located in Neuquén Province. Initially, I had thought this province might not have much to offer, but to our delight, we discovered some truly spectacular places.
