The original plan was to head to the Aberdare Mountains National Park to capture the stunning floral beauty at Dragon Tooth Peak. However, upon reaching the mid-mountain entrance, the park staff informed me that my gear was not up to par. A motorcycle and flip-flops? It just didn’t fit their safety standards, and they kindly suggested I return with more appropriate equipment.

Curious, I inquired why a motorcycle wouldn’t be suitable. The staff explained that the presence of various wild animals, including elephants, posed a significant risk of collision, making it extremely dangerous. Well, that made sense!
