[Facepalm] If you judge by the bus terminal, well, the Valparaíso terminal does indeed look like a slum.

There are all sorts of street vendors lining the streets, very much like Franklin, and the city’s architecture is hard to describe. Apart from the huge seagulls circling in the sky and the begging pigeons everywhere, there isn’t much to be surprised about. The only advantage is the affordable prices; you can basically buy things for half the price of Las Condes.
