Yesterday, I ventured to the enchanting “Soul of Navigation Island” in Chiloé, Chile, a captivating tourist destination nestled in the charming town of Aucar, the very birthplace of the renowned writer Francisco Coloane. As I crossed the bridge, the breathtaking, unobstructed views unfolded before me, and to my delight, I even spotted graceful swans gliding across the water!

The island proudly displays a large sign emblazoned with “Isla Aucar,” which, regrettably, I didn’t manage to capture in a photo. Nearby, a quaint church and a serene cemetery add to the island’s mystique. Perched atop the church’s cross, a massive bird added an eerie yet fascinating touch to the scene, making me chuckle at the unexpected sight [石化R].

Wandering along the scenic path, I was treated to spectacular vistas of the sea, and I even took a leisurely stroll to the tranquil beach at the island’s edge. The entire experience was nothing short of magical, and I wholeheartedly invite everyone to come and discover the incredible natural and cultural treasures that Chile has to offer~ ♥️♥️
