Ushuaia Weekend Travel Guide
Finally, we’ve reached the long-anticipated town at the end of the world!

[StarR] Transportation: A 3.5-hour flight from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia, with round-trip tickets costing over 2000 RMB. The journey is a scenic prelude to the adventures that await.

[StarR] Accommodation: We booked Vatalia on Booking.com for about 800 RMB per night. Despite the slightly dated facilities, the bedding is impeccably clean, and the view of snow-capped mountains from the room is simply breathtaking.

[StarR] Itinerary: On the first day, we embarked on a hike to the stunning Emerald Lake. We arranged a guide in advance through Penguin Travel Agency, which cost 10,000 pesos (approximately 90 RMB) and included no admission fee. For more details, check out my previous video.

On the second day, we set sail on a maritime adventure. The boat ticket was around 40 RMB, with the ship departing at 10 am and returning by 1 pm. The voyage offered spectacular views of sea lions, a variety of seabirds, and the iconic lighthouse at the end of the world.

[StarR] Food Recommendations: Don’t miss Casimiro, where you can savor Patagonian lamb, roasted whole. The meat is incredibly fresh and served in generous portions. Another must-try is the king crab. While the most famous spot, Old Captain, was closed, we found another excellent option. The king crab was exceptionally fresh, though a bit challenging to eatβadding a fun, hands-on experience to our meal!
