Córdoba, Spain Travel Guide: Explore Map & May Courtyard Festival Essentials
Cordoba, one of the three jewels of Andalusia
In May, several courtyards are decorated with flowers for the Courtyard Festival competition
It’s very lively, with beautiful scenes, flowers blooming against white walls and blue tiles, and concerts in the evening
After I took photos of the performers, they were very happy and even pulled me to dance with them, patiently teaching me

Trains from Madrid and Seville are available
I took the train from Seville Santa Justa to Cordoba, which took about 50 minutes, and the round-trip ticket cost around 10-20 euros. After getting off the train, it’s just a short walk to where the courtyard festival is held
