Argentina is renowned for its grilled meat, a culinary tradition that embodies the heart and soul of the country. The term “asado” is derived from the past perfect form of the verb “asar,” meaning to grill. In Argentina and Chile, it typically refers to a mouthwatering array of grilled meats. At local restaurants, you can savor a variety of asado, with the most popular types including:

-🥩 Ribeye $$$: Often referred to as the Hermès of grilled meats, ribeye is celebrated for its succulent, tender texture and rich marbling of fat. Served in thick, juicy cuts, this premium cut is a true delight for meat lovers.
