If you’re planning to apply for a 10-year multiple-entry tourist visa, here are the essential documents you’ll need, along with a required interview:
✅ Original passport
✅ Copy of your ID card, accompanied by an English translation
✅ A detailed resume in both Chinese and English, including your education, work experience, and travel history
✅ Visa application form, which can be downloaded from the consulate’s website or filled out on-site
✅ A 4×4 photo with a white background, to be attached to the application form
✅ Proof of financial assets:
📎 Freelancers must provide notarized and certified proof of financial means, such as bank statements, savings, investments, stocks, or property.

📎 Ensure the notarization includes a Spanish translation; consult a notary for assistance.
📎 Employees should submit a letter of employment, along with a notarized and certified Spanish translation, and a copy of the company’s business license, also translated into Spanish.

✅ Travel proof: a comprehensive itinerary in English, or tickets, hotel reservations, and a detailed English travel plan. The travel plan should include dates, city names, hotel information, and transportation details, with each page signed.
🔸 For group tours, provide the group itinerary and confirmation from the travel agency, or cruise tickets, flight, and hotel confirmations, ensuring each page is signed.

🔸 For overseas group tours, a scanned copy of the invitation letter from the local travel agency, with each page signed, is necessary.
🔸 For personal invitations, a scanned copy of the invitation letter and a scanned copy of the inviter’s valid residence visa or ID are required.
8⃣ Insurance: An overseas insurance policy covering the entire duration of your trip.

⚠ Important Notes,
🔺 One working day before your interview (no earlier), send an email to register at the East Gate. Specific requirements will be provided in the embassy’s email 📧.
🔺 Consulate address: No. 3-1-12, 1st Floor, Building 3, Tower Garden Diplomatic Residence, No. 1 Xin Dong Lu, Chaoyang District, Beijing.

Navigate to the East Gate of the Diplomatic Residence, register with your ID, and proceed to Building 3.
🔺 Every section of the handwritten visa review form must be completed. If any section does not apply, write “NO.”
🔺 Copies of the first page of your passport, credit card, and property deed are required.

🔺 All scanned documents should be copied onto a USB drive and brought along.

After a thorough review of your application materials, the visa officer, with the assistance of a translator, will inform you of the next steps.
