Discovering the Majesty: My Journey to Iguazu Falls in Brazil 🇧🇷

During my first and second viewings of “Happy Together,” I found Ho Po-wing to be incredibly selfish, unable to appreciate the kindness and devotion of Lai Yiu-fai. However, this time, before my trip to Iguazu Falls, I watched it from Ho Po-wing’s perspective. When Lai Yiu-fai finally agreed to “start over,” what he offered was only caution, restriction, and sensitivity, with no genuine warmth or affection.

After a series of letdowns, Ho Po-wing made the decision to leave this emotional runway and fly to his next destination.

The initial viewing of the movie left me mesmerized by the breathtaking Iguazu Falls and the lighthouse at the end of the world in Ushuaia. Now, I have finally reached the halfway point of my journey.

✈️ Transportation: If you’re starting your journey from São Paulo, it’s advisable to take a direct round trip from CGH to IGU. Refer to the flight details in Figure 7; a day trip is more than sufficient. CGH is conveniently located within the city, as shown in Figure 8. Remember to book your tickets at least two weeks in advance, as prices can fluctuate significantly.

🎯 Travel Tips: Upon arrival at IGU, head straight for the location in Figure 9 by taxi. The entrance fees and activity prices are detailed in Figures 10 and 11. Don’t miss out on the boat ride (the experience is captured in Figure 6). Once inside the park, take the scenic bus to the final stop, walk to the viewing platform, enjoy a leisurely lunch, and then return to Stop 10 (Figure 12) for the thrilling boat ride.

Afterward, visit the nearby bird park (its location is shown in Figure 13), where the toucans are particularly charming. If your budget allows, consider a helicopter tour, which departs from the front of the falls park entrance (Figure 16). A 10-minute flight costs over 600 reais.

The facilities on the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls are well-developed and convenient, offering an awe-inspiring view. I hope everyone has the chance to experience this wonder and also enjoys the film “Happy Together.” 😘 Happy Together
