Explore Antarctica from Ushuaia: Ocean Victory Returns for Unforgettable Cruises
Antarctica!!!
Here’s the long-awaited report from the Ocean Victory cruise that set sail on January 29th!
This update is a bit delayed… all thanks to the surprisingly poor WiFi in Antarctica 🍠
During my pre-trip research, I was surprised to find very few detailed accounts of this particular ship.
I wasted no time and did a room tour right after boarding.

I booked a balcony room 10 months in advance,
and it turned out to be almost at the center of the ship,
which made the crossing of the notoriously rough Drake Passage much smoother.
The room is about 20 square meters,
featuring two 1.2-meter-wide beds, a dressing table, a cozy sofa, a coffee table, a spacious wardrobe, and a bathroom with separate dry and wet areas.

Overall, the amenities are quite impressive, and the room is cleaned twice daily, ensuring a fresh and comfortable stay.
On January 31st, I had the incredible opportunity to visit the Great Wall Station!
I’m thrilled that the weather and scenery were absolutely stunning throughout the journey.
