🌟Weather and Airfare
Went to Ushuaia in August, the weather was very cold, requiring a down jacket or a ski jacket. The flight from the small airport in Buenos Aires to Ushuaia takes about 3 hours and 40 minutes, with round trip costing around 1700 RMB.
🌟Itinerary

【Town Tour】
➢ Tourist Center: You can pick up a city tour map + get a stamp for the Ushuaia certificate (second to last picture).

➢ Duty-free shop: Prices are reasonable, but there’s not much variety.

* Dinner restaurant:
1. El viejo marino (Old Captain), a medium-sized king crab is enough for two people! The taste is very fresh, and you can ask the staff to help remove the meat.
📍Day 2:
➢ National Park (Parque Nacional): There is a post office inside where you can send mail back home! It’s best to think about what to write in advance.

➢ End of the World Train (el tren del fin del mundo): The total round trip duration is 1 hour and 45 minutes, and they provide headphones for the commentary.
➢ Sea Navigation (Navegación hasta el Farol): Departure at 3 pm, you can see the lighthouse, sea lions, and seals, about 2 hours. There are no penguins this season.

The wind on the boat is very strong, it’s recommended to wear a hat.
* Lunch restaurant: Volver, a local restaurant
* Dinner restaurant: Bamboo, the only Chinese restaurant in town, had steamed king crab.
📍Day 3:
Husky Park (Parque de Huskies)
The ticket bought was for a full-day itinerary, including snow trekking + snow slide + snowmobile + husky sledding, with lunch included.

Trekking, snowmobiling, and sledding can only be done once, while the slide and interaction with dogs have no limit on the number of times.
📖Little Knowledge: August is winter in Argentina, usually not the best time to see penguins in Ushuaia. During the winter months, penguin colonies typically migrate to warmer waters in search of food and do not appear on the shores of Ushuaia for sightseeing.

The penguin viewing season starts in spring, around October, and continues through summer until March, during which the penguin colonies return to breed and hatch their young.
