I would hands down call this the best ice cream in Tasmania. Even though Hobart isn’t a sprawling metropolis, this charming shop has become a daily craving after my sightseeing adventures. Nestled near the dock, it offers a perfect spot to savor your treat while watching the sunset and seagulls dance in the evening light.

My go-to flavors are the rich and tempting pistachio and the incredibly refreshing lemon peach. One of the best parts about this place is that you can sample the ice cream before making your choice.
