The current official price is $705/week, but for a short-term rental, it’s only $550/week (a slight premium can be negotiated).
⏰Rental Period: From early June to around July 20th, with flexible dates.
🚊Transportation: Direct train to Caulfield in just 6 minutes, and to the city center in 8 minutes.
🥃Lifestyle: Just a 5-minute walk to Woolworths, and an Asian supermarket right across the street. South Yarra is a prestigious and safe neighborhood, with very few homeless individuals. The area is filled with excellent restaurants, unique boutiques, and plenty of shopping and entertainment options.

!! The apartment also hosts a variety of community events that you can actively participate in!
🛏️Room Facilities: The studio comes equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioner, and oven. As I will be returning home for a short period, I won’t be taking any of my belongings. If you don’t mind, everything can be used, and the price will be incredibly reasonable!
!! There are two wardrobes, and I will clear one for your use. My cookware, including an air fryer, wok, rice cooker, and two small pots, can also be used if you keep them clean (please bring your own bedding).
