Currently, our cozy home is occupied by four friendly individuals, and we’re looking to welcome just one more person into our community. The maximum stay is one month, making it ideal for short-term stays. The room can comfortably accommodate up to two people, so whether you’re traveling solo or with a companion, you’ll feel right at home.

If you’ve recently moved to Hobart or are in need of a comfortable, short-term place to stay during your vacation, don’t hesitate to reach out to us for more details! Our daily rates are $75 for a single person and $80 for two people. For weekly rentals, the cost is $330 for a single person and $360 for two people, which includes all utilities such as water, electricity, and high-speed internet.

For extended stays beyond one month, the monthly rate is $320 for a single person and $350 for two people.

Our location is incredibly convenient, just a ten-minute walk from the two major supermarkets in Kingston. You’ll also find a variety of other essential amenities nearby, along with frequent bus services that make getting around a breeze.
