Find Your Perfect Room and Roommate in South Melbourne for Rent
Reason for moving: My current residence is quite a distance from my workplace, and I’m eager to find a more convenient location. I’m looking to rent a place in South Melbourne or South Bank, with a budget of around $300-400 per week. If the perfect place requires a slightly higher budget, I’m open to considering it.

Looking for a roommate: I am seeking a female roommate who shares similar values. Male visitors are not allowed, and any female visitors should be notified in advance. Ideally, you would be tidy and easy-going. It would be great if the house is already furnished, but if not, we can split the cost of purchasing furniture to make the space our own.
Looking for a place: We need a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with one car space, either furnished or unfurnished. Preferably, we could find a direct rental from a landlord that includes all bills, which would simplify things. Alternatively, we can look at places together and sign a contract with an agent. The lease should start at the end of March or the beginning of April, as soon as possible.
About me: I graduated from the University of Melbourne and currently work full-time. I am neat, easy-going, and always pay my share promptly. I am happy to share household chores. My job is close to these areas, so I am usually out during the weekdays. On weekends, I have a regular routine, occasionally staying up late, but I am mindful of not disturbing my roommate.
I don’t have pets, don’t make noise, don’t smoke, and only drink occasionally. I am open to discussion and easy to communicate with.
Sincerely inviting, those who are interested please contact me.
