Flinders Seeking to Rent: Find Your Perfect Home in Flinders Today

I’m on the hunt for a cozy rental in Adelaide. I’m a female student at Flinders University in Bedford, and my budget is around $250-300 per week, including all bills. If the place is perfect, I’m open to discussing the price further. Ideally, I’d like to move in by February.

Here are my rental requirements:
1. Preferably located in the southern part of Adelaide, near Marion or Plympton, with easy access to supermarkets (or in an area with convenient public transportation and shopping options).
2. An ensuite bathroom would be ideal, but I’m also okay with sharing a bathroom with another female.
3. A kitchen where I can do some simple cooking.

A little bit about me:
I’m an introvert who loves spending time at home, binge-watching shows, and staying active with sports. I have a soft spot for animals and don’t host parties. I’m fine with friends and family visiting, as long as I get a heads-up. I keep a regular schedule, especially since I need to wake up early for classes, but I’m flexible and understanding of others’ routines, as long as it’s not too disruptive.

I value a good night’s sleep, so a peaceful environment is important to me. 😊
