Struggling to Adjust After 2 Months in Perth: Tips and Feelings 🌟
For an extrovert, this place is practically a social desert. I’ve managed to make a few new friends, but the circle remains small; I’ve played some ball, but the games have been too infrequent and lackluster to even work up a sweat 🥹. I’ve been lazy, making excuses for not seriously hunting for a proper job, and the part-time gig is both far away and exhausting [石化R].

The food options are limited and pricey, the sea view gets monotonous after a while, and the wind is so fierce that beach volleyball is out of the question—might have to find an indoor sand court instead [大笑R]. After three months here, I couldn’t resist heading back home for a month, which only made the withdrawal symptoms even more intense [扯脸H].

The moments when I feel recharged are probably at the gym, and when I’m browsing flights to Asia [笑哭R]. Since I can’t change the environment, I might as well start by transforming myself.
