Unprovoked Assault at Perth Station After Three Weeks of Arrival: Follow-Up Report
On March 15th, I headed to the police station to provide a statement. The policewoman who assisted me was incredibly kind and meticulously recorded all the details of the incident. She provided me with an IR number, explaining that it would allow me to track the progress of the case. They assured me they would reach out to the station for surveillance footage and potential witnesses, and I signed a document authorizing the police to access my medical records.

If the evidence is sufficient for a direct conviction, I won’t need to appear in court. However, if more information is required, I will have to testify again to recount the incident.
In the afternoon, after visiting several hospitals, I finally managed to get a medical examination at Sir Charles. The medical staff were exceptionally kind, and the examination took about two hours. They informed me that the report would be sent directly to the police.
Today, I plan to rest, and tomorrow, I will contact victim support and the school, as well as seek psychological counseling to help me through this challenging time.
