Western Australia Perth 6D5N: Ultimate North-South Line Travel Itinerary Guide
Day 1 ✈️ Perth Citywalk
After checking into the hotel, had Tonkotsu King, visited the museum and art gallery for free.

Day 2 Rottnest Island
🎫 Booked Rottnest Express from the official website, with three piers to board the boat.
On the island, you can rent a bicycle for a ride around the island 🎫 $36 per person. It’s recommended to take the island bus 🎫 $30 per person, which allows you to tour with a map, saving time and effort.

The driver announces all 19 stops:
STOP 1️⃣ Visitor Center – The place with the most Quokkas (smiling kangaroos), there are restaurants and souvenir shops where you can feed the Quokkas leaves.
STOP 6️⃣ & 7️⃣ – Beautiful jellyfish sea, great for photos, both are popular snorkeling spots. You can change clothes in the restroom before going to the snorkeling points.

STOP 1️⃣9️⃣ – There are shops and restaurants, fewer people eat here, and Quokkas may pass by asking for food (but do not feed them).
ps. It is suggested to stay in the Fremantle town.

Day 3 Lancelin White Sand Dunes ➟ Lobster Factory ➟ Thirsty Point Emerald Beach ➟ Leaning Tree
[Recommend] Rent a sandboard at the white sand dunes for $10 an hour, or get a group discount for a large off-road vehicle + sandboarding for $25 per person. Entry is free if you only want to play in the sand and take photos.

🥣 Lobster Shack – After the meal, you can visit inside.
ps. To be honest, it’s not really necessary to go to the Leaning Tree; it’s just a tilted tree… but if you happen to pass by, you can take some photos.

Day 4 Hutt Lagoon Pink Lake ➟ Kalbarri Coast ➟ Kalbarri National Park Natural Window & Skywalk
[Recommend] Pink Lake Lookout – This is the location of the pink lake, a major internet sensation, indeed very pink. Not many flies outside of summer, and it’s better to take photos before noon.
[Recommend] Natural Bridge on the Kalbarri coast, known as the little Twelve Apostles, but the sea here is more beautiful.

You can visit several viewpoints in one go.
[Recommend] The temperature at the Natural Window is higher due to low pressure and terrain, so make sure to protect yourself from the sun and heat.

Day 5 HMAS Sydney Memorial ➟ Jurien Bay ➟ Pinnacles
[Recommend] The sea at Jurien Bay is truly stunning.
[Recommend] The yellow color of the Pinnacles is a medium yellow, and the soil looks almost artificial. I originally thought it would be ordinary, but it was surprisingly impressive.
Day 6 Margaret River Winery ➟ Canal Rocks ➟ Lavender Tea House ➟ Busselton Jetty
[Recommend] Canal Rocks has a jetty where people dive. You can rest and watch the waves crashing over the layered rocks, but be careful when taking photos.
[Recommend] Busselton Jetty train ticket is $16. It’s suggested to take the train one way and walk back, taking photos along the way and feeding seagulls.
This itinerary looks perfect for someone like me who loves both culture and adventure! I especially appreciate the tips about renting bikes versus taking the bus on Rottnest Island—it’ll help me decide based on how much time I want to spend exploring.
