Perched atop a hill on the enchanting Chiloé Island in Chile, Tierra Chiloé hotel offers breathtaking views of the sea and the majestic Andes Mountains. The architectural design, crafted by Mobil Arquitectos, draws inspiration from the island’s historic wooden churches, with the structure primarily built from locally sourced wood.

This eco-conscious approach harnesses the island’s dynamic climate for efficient heating and ventilation, resulting in a modern, comfortable, and environmentally friendly retreat.

Mobil Arquitectos envisioned the hotel as a seamless “bridge” that connects guests to the natural beauty of their surroundings, all while preserving the original landscape.

The outdoor swimming pool is thoughtfully placed beneath the building, providing a unique and refreshing experience, while the guest rooms are elevated on the second floor, offering panoramic vistas. Inside, every piece of furniture and decoration tells a story, with exquisite details that evoke a sense of history and craftsmanship.
