In the bustling second-largest city of Serbia, Chinese restaurants are a rare find, but after my return from Beijing, I’ve had the pleasure of dining at these few gems, each with its own unique charm and history:

️ “Hello” Restaurant
Nestled near the picturesque Danube beach in Novi Sad, this restaurant offers not only a fantastic location but also an extensive menu that caters to both local and international tastes. Some of their dishes have been adapted to suit the local palate and have become incredibly popular. The flavors are truly delightful!
Address: Fruškogorska 43, Novi Sad

️ “Surabaya” Restaurant
This Indonesian-Chinese fusion spot was introduced to me by a friend, and it’s definitely a hidden gem. While it’s a bit off the beaten path, the food is a delightful mix of flavors that, though not entirely traditional, hits the spot. If your adventures in Novi Sad take you near this area, it’s definitely worth a visit.
Address: Primorska 36

️ “Hong Kong Tower”
You can’t miss the bold Chinese characters “Hong Kong Tower” as you stroll down the street. This well-known establishment in Novi Sad has earned its reputation for good reason. I’ve personally tried their beef noodles, and they were absolutely mouthwatering!! I wholeheartedly recommend this dish. If I get the chance to explore more of their menu, I’ll be sure to share my thoughts on the other dishes, hehe.
