Citywalk Experience: Discover a Nujabes-Inspired Cafe Near the Slum

Despite the challenges of navigating Google Maps, I successfully discovered a charming coffee shop. The place exudes a distinct Japanese vibe, serves excellent coffee, and fills the air with the smooth tunes of Nujabes. The interior is picture-perfect for Instagram, though the stark contrast with the neighboring area, which resembles a slum, adds an intriguing layer to the experience.

I also visited a quaint museum, which, though small, offers a delightful respite by the river after exploring its exhibits. The hotel we stayed in was absolutely stunning, attracting a vibrant crowd of young photographers every evening. Street photography has become a thriving business here, giving the place a lively atmosphere reminiscent of Surabaya’s Anfu Road or the iconic Wukang Building.

Over the course of two days, I explored the city on foot, enjoying not only the sights but also a fantastic massage, making the entire trip even more memorable.
