In summary, it remains a highly recommended choice. At this price point, the value for money is excellent, making it ideal for accumulating room nights. However, if you have high standards for room aesthetics, you might want to look elsewhere, as the decor is indeed dated.

The hotel, which first opened its doors in 1997, is currently undergoing a gradual transformation with facility upgrades and room renovations. I am eagerly anticipating the refreshed look that will emerge from these improvements.

[Right Arrow] Overall Hotel: Personally, I find it to be a fantastic stay. The building itself is striking, complemented by a vast Javanese-style garden. In addition to a swimming pool, the property boasts golf and tennis courts. The pond is teeming with koi, and there’s even a mini zoo, two restaurants, and a sports bar, offering a variety of entertainment options.

[Thumbs Up] Dining: A five-star experience. I tried room service twice and dined at the restaurant once, and every meal was delightful. The breakfast service surpassed expectations, and the staff were incredibly attentive, remembering not just names but also our morning beverage preferences.

[Clapping Hands] Service: Impeccable. From the moment you enter, whether at the front desk, the Regency club, or the dining areas, the staff are consistently warm and proactive, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

[Fist Bump] Room: The room does show its age, with older furnishings and amenities, which likely contributes to the hotel’s affordability. Despite this, the room is meticulously clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and tidy space.

[Cheering] World of Hyatt Benefits: This time, I received an upgrade to club access, which, while not significantly different, did offer some conveniences. The club staff were exceptionally welcoming, and the afternoon tea featured a decent selection, including a daily fresh hot dish, three other hot dishes, more than three types of fruit, five or six cold dishes and desserts, and a range of beverages.

Overall, my stay was thoroughly satisfying, and I would happily return. Welcome back!
