After concluding the volcano trip, we hopped on a train from Surabaya to Yogyakarta. The train ticket, purchased through 🍑 for 166 RMB, came with an e-ticket. At the entrance of Surabaya train station, you’ll find self-service machines where you can easily print your paper ticket by entering the booking number. The staff at the station are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist.

To enter the station, go through the ticket check (make sure to have your passport handy). Once inside, head to the corresponding platform—since the platform number isn’t listed on the ticket, you can check the information display or ask the helpful staff for guidance.

When the train arrives, board it and locate your seat according to the details on your ticket (car number Eksekutif-4 and seat numbers 11A, 11B). Settle in and enjoy the journey.
