The breathtaking vistas of Padar Island are nothing short of spectacular, though the ascent can be quite a challenge. The intense heat makes every step feel like a small victory, and you find yourself pausing frequently just to catch your breath. Yet, the sheer photogenic beauty of the place is so captivating that I’m more than willing to brave the sun without sunscreen, even if it means a bit of sunburn.

Getting up close with the wildlife in Komodo is an unforgettable experience. The curious little deer often approach visitors, gently licking their hands, while the enormous lizards, despite their intimidating size, have an endearing charm.
