PENETY AMBOSELI RESORT was constructed with the intention of hosting guests, but initially, it only consisted of a single row of modest bungalows. The facilities were quite basic; the water heater was so small that it struggled to provide enough hot water for a comfortable shower, and the power would frequently cut off every ten minutes at night, adding to the inconvenience. Additionally, there was no WiFi available in the rooms, leaving guests disconnected from the digital world.

The travel agency had initially assured us that they had booked the SOPA hotel, known for its quality and comfort. However, upon our arrival, we were informed at the last minute that the booking had been changed. Not only did this new accommodation come with a higher price tag, but the conditions were also significantly worse than what SOPA offered.

PENETY AMBOSELI RESORT was further from the scenic area, making it less convenient for sightseeing, and the overall state of the property was very dilapidated, with signs of wear and neglect evident throughout.
