I’ve crafted a classic 10-day itinerary to help you make the most of your trip:
D1️⃣～3️⃣
❶ Bangkok: Explore the majestic Grand Palace, the sacred Wat Phra Kaew, the serene Wat Pho, the iconic Wat Arun, the bustling Siam Square, the prestigious Chulalongkorn University, and the tranquil Lumphini Park.
❷ Pattaya: Just a 2-hour drive from Bangkok, this vibrant city can be explored over 1-2 days.

D4️⃣～7️⃣
❶ Phuket: Dive into the island’s lively atmosphere and beautiful beaches.
❷ Island Hopping: Snorkel in the crystal-clear waters of Koh Racha and Koh Phi Phi, and soak up the sun on their pristine shores.
❸ Similan Islands: Open from October to May, these islands are a 2.5-hour boat ride from Phuket and offer some of the best diving and snorkeling experiences.

❶ Chiang Mai: Discover the historic Old City, including Tha Pae Gate and Wat Chedi Luang, wander through Chiang Mai University, shop at Nimman Road, and experience the vibrant Night Bazaar and JJ Market. Don’t miss the breathtaking Doi Suthep and the lush Doi Suthep-Pui National Park.
❷ Pai or Chiang Rai: Both are about a 3-hour drive from Chiang Mai. If time is limited, choose one for a memorable day trip.

⭐️【Other Attractions】
If you have more time or are visiting Thailand again, consider these additional gems:
❶ Koh Lipe: Reach this paradise by flying domestically to Langkawi and taking a 1.5-hour boat ride, or fly to Bangkok, transfer to Hat Yai, and then take a 3-hour bus and boat journey.
❷ Koh Samui: Direct flights from China or via Bangkok make this island easily accessible.

Enjoy its luxurious resorts and stunning beaches.
❸ Krabi: A short 1 hour 20-minute flight from Bangkok, Krabi offers the idyllic Ao Nang Beach, the secluded Railay Beach, the enchanting Emerald Pool, the picturesque Hong Island (Lagoon), and exciting island hopping to Koh Rok.
❹ Koh Samet: This island near Bangkok is just a 1-hour drive from Pattaya to Nuanthip Pier, followed by a 15-minute speedboat ride.

❺ Koh Chang: A 4-hour drive from Pattaya to the Koh Chang Ferry pier, and then a 40-minute boat ride. While it’s a bit remote, it offers a unique charm, though I personally prefer Koh Lipe for its superior water quality.
