This is my third visit to Malaysia, and the first two, from my childhood, are just faint memories. The flight from Singapore is a quick 50-minute hop. The humid climate can be a bit challenging, especially if you’re not used to it.

With the visa-free travel arrangement between Singapore and Malaysia, all you need to do is fill out an entry card via an app, simplifying the process for a seamless trip.

Traveling here with friends and family is a great choice, particularly because it’s relatively safe. However, it’s worth noting that Kuala Lumpur isn’t as secure as Singapore, especially when walking around. Keep your bag in front of you to avoid any potential snatch thefts. A kind local auntie even gave me a friendly warning, though I haven’t had any issues so far. Ladies, please stay alert!
