1️⃣ Bus: For a smooth journey, book your tickets in advance on easybook. New users can enjoy a discount, and choosing kkkl buses ensures a more comfortable ride. Both round-trip tickets need to be printed as paper tickets. At TBS, head to the green counter below the large screen showing bus schedules for free printing.

In Melaka, find the yellow ticket counter to print (0.7RM per ticket, cash only). Don’t forget that the restroom at the Melaka bus station costs 0.5RM per person.
2️⃣ Food and Drink:
Jonker88 – My friends and I found it not quite to our taste, and we didn’t eat much 😔 The durian cendol lacked pure fruit flesh.

Taste Better Durian Puffs – Rich in flavor, but not a must-visit (4RM each, 20RM for 6)
Fruit Cones Strawberry Ice Cream – Made from fresh strawberries, this treat has a unique texture and is definitely worth trying (12RM)
Wild Coriander Nyonya Cuisine – The flavors are generally mild, and the ambiance is pleasant.

3️⃣ Shopping:
Uncle San: You can sample everything here. White coffee, pulled tea, and coconut cookies are highly recommended. They also offer ready-to-drink packets of coffee and pulled tea.
Jonker Gallery: This shop offers specialty clothing with good quality. Two dresses cost 85RM after a discount.

📝 Tips
1. Always check the restaurant opening hours, especially for breakfast places, as they tend to close early.
2. The attractions are densely packed and within walking distance. You’ll only need to take a taxi to the bus station and the Maritime Mosque.
3. To view the strait, you have two great options: climb up to St.

Paul’s Church from Bukit Melaka near the Stadthuys (P7), or visit the revolving tower, which costs 26RM for foreigners and includes a bottle of water (P8).
4. Even on a cloudy day, the heat can be intense, so remember to apply sunscreen and stay hydrated. Afternoon sun can make it challenging to take photos 🥺
Unexpectedly, I also came across the super cool Xiaomi su7 car!
