[Accommodation] It is recommended to stay in the old town of Georgetown; there are many delicious food options near New Lane, suitable for Chinese palates.

[Food] There are so many delicious foods in Penang, and there are still many more I want to try!
🩷 Green House Prawn Noodles: Michelin recommended, rich broth, fragrant and delicious shrimp, personally considered top 2 in the prawn noodle category.
❤️ Moh Teng Pheow Nyonya Kuih: Michelin recommended, authentic Nyonya pastries, no risk buying blindly, go early as many items sell out by noon.

🧡 Oh Oh White Coffee: One of the most popular tea restaurants in Penang, tasty and reasonably priced, recommend the white curry noodles.
💛 Traditional HO Liao Kueh Teow Soup: A stall under a tree near Weld Quay, clear and sweet broth, delicious kueh teow, surprisingly impressive for a street stall.
💚 Sardaarji: Michelin recommended, Indian cuisine can be so delicious!

The curry here is exceptional, good environment, clean and hygienic, eat with peace of mind.
🩵 Sutera Restaurant: Fusion of Malay and Chinese cuisine, cheap, large portions, and tasty, the fried rice is very distinctive.
💙 New Lane Food: Night snack paradise, perfect for Chinese palates! Recommend the Emperor Chicken Feet Kueh Teow Soup, Kwan Kee Duck Porridge, and the famous Penang Laksa (Teochew Ice Jelly is on the sweeter side).

Also discovered a hidden gem called 233, two shops next to the Year Flavor Dumplings, their Fujian Prawn Noodles and Taro Rice are my top picks.
💜 Durian: Recommend Black Thorn and Hor Lor! You can also ask the boss for recommendations based on your taste preferences.
🩶 Backdoor Bodega: Ranked No.52 in Asia, great cocktails and ambiance, favorite hidden bar in Penang, located inside a fashion store, see my homepage notes for more details.

🤎 Lorong Cafe: French vintage wooden style cafe, very chill, indoor fountain, suitable for coffee, daydreaming, and afternoon tea.
