To kick things off, let me share an intriguing fact: Milford Sound is one of those rare gems that actually shines brighter on rainy days than on sunny ones [Crying Laughing][Crying Laughing][Crying Laughing]. During my visit, it seemed like the rain had taken a break, leaving only a couple of waterfalls to dangle forlornly from the cliffs. To be honest, the scenery was somewhat underwhelming. However, with a generous downpour, the view transforms into a breathtaking spectacle.

Travel Tips: I opted for a one-day tour, which started early in the morning from Queenstown and returned by evening. The journey was quite long, and driving myself would have been exhausting. It took about 5 hours to get there, 2 hours on the boat, and another 5 hours to return.
