[Balloon R] The main travel area of Hanoi is not large and is quite compact. If you’re short on time, you can finish touring in 1 day, but I took it at a slower pace and stayed for 3 days, doing city walks and spending time in cafes.

🍱 Food:
1⃣️ Mr Bảy Miền Tây – Bánh Xèo
Seafood pancake💰185k. Michelin recommended, and I recommend it too! The seafood pancake is a bit crispy, wrapped with rice paper, filled with pancakes and vegetables, then dipped in sauce.
2⃣️Pho 10
Rare beef pho💰65k. Michelin recommended, a bit more expensive compared to other small shops, but there’s a lot of beef, almost every bite has beef, the taste is not very impressive.

3⃣️Banh Mi 25
Mixed baguette💰40k. Filled with smoked meat, pâté, vegetables, etc., delicious, but there’s often a long queue. Most banh mi in Hanoi should be good, some shops are cheaper.
4⃣️Xôi Yến
Sticky rice💰65k. The taste is pretty good, ordered a mix with various ingredients, without a drink it can be a bit dry and choking.

6⃣️Bún Chả Đắc Kim
Grilled pork vermicelli💰70k, fried spring rolls💰25k. Michelin recommended, grilled pork soaked in broth, unique combination with a magical taste.

Lots of fillings, eggs freshly fried, the baguette is super crispy. Need to queue, service is not very fast, not suitable for those in a hurry.
