Discover the Best of Da Nang and Hoi An: Must-Try Delicious Southeast Asian Dishes π
No matter where my travels take me, I always find myself drawn to Vietnamese cuisine, and this time, I finally experienced the most authentic flavors. Every meal in Da Nang and Hoi An was a delightful culinary adventure!

πp2 Tien Li Da Nang Xi Tai, My Khe Beach – The pho broth was incredibly fresh and sweet, with no hint of greasiness. The spring rolls were a standout, especially the beef ones, which I highly recommend. The stir-fried water spinach with oyster sauce was also a treat, offering a freshness and sweetness that exceeded my expectations.

πp3-4 Pizza 4Pβs – This popular chain is a must-visit, but be prepared for a wait if you donβt have a reservation. We arrived around 2 PM and still had to queue for about ten minutes, but it was well worth it. The half-and-half pizzas are a great option; the garlic shrimp flavor was particularly aromatic and delicious. The pasta, however, was a bit on the firmer side and not as impressive.

πp5 Coco ChΓ¨, My Khe Beach – Although itβs a bit of a trek, the large bowl of durian for just about 15 RMB is a steal. The pudding was also a delightful surprise, adding a sweet finish to our visit.

πp6 UMM179, My Khe Beach – This charming bΓ‘nh mΓ¬ and coffee shop offers a unique twist. I tried the signature grilled pork, which came with a surprising touch of mint leaves, making it an unforgettable and delicious experience.

πp7-8 Com Linh, Hoi An – The roasted pork and vegetable soup were both exceptional. The vegetable soup, with its pineapple, was refreshingly sweet and perfectly balanced. The Hoi An specialty white rose was another highlight, and the fried garlic added a wonderful aroma.

πp9-10 Cargo Club desserts – While the desserts were average, the riverside location in Hoi An Ancient Town provided a perfect backdrop for a relaxing afternoon, making the experience worthwhile.

πp11 Madam Khanh The Banh Mi Queen, Hoi An – Despite the basic and crowded interior, the sandwiches at 8 RMB each were a fantastic deal. I opted for the signature grilled pork, which was incredibly aromatic and paired beautifully with mint tea, creating a truly comforting experience.

πp13 Bep Cuon Da Nang – The chicken wings here were a revelation, with a unique crispy texture that set them apart from typical lemongrass grilled wings. The stir-fried noodles were also excellent, fragrant and not at all oily.
Finally, I canβt recommend enough the lotus seeds tea with taro boba from Higher Land Coffee, a true Da Nang specialty. This milk cap tea, infused with lotus seeds, and the perfectly chewy boba, made for a delightful drink π
In summary, the food was absolutely satisfying, and you can enjoy a fantastic meal for less than 70 RMB per person. Vietnamese cuisine will always hold a special place in my heart, and I canβt wait to return for more π«°π»π«°π»
