Hanoi to Da Nang Night Bus: Ticket Exchange & Easy Boarding Guide

I purchased the bus tickets from Hanoi to Da Nang online in advance, and the confirmation email indicated that the boarding point was at Counter 67-69 of the Nước Ngầm Bus Station. We took a local bus to reach the station, and by the time we arrived, it was already dark. We spent quite a while searching for the station, only to find out that it was actually across the street.

⚠️ If you buy your ticket on your phone, you need to head to the corresponding window on the second floor of the station to exchange it for a physical ticket. Then, follow the signs to the parking lot. The buses bound for Da Nang are usually parked further back, and your ticket will have the license plate number written on it, making it easier to locate the correct bus. It’s a good idea to arrive at the station a bit earlier to avoid any last-minute stress.
