Rainy Getaway: 4 Days in Da Nang – Essential Travel Guide Tips
🌟Before coming to Da Nang, I was looking forward to sunshine, beaches, and blue skies,
☔️but… ended up with continuous rainy days.
🛌So I spent three days lying in the sea-view room hahaha
I’ve made a travel guide, sharing it with those who are meant to see it, hoping everyone will have sunny days when they go there ☀️

Original plan:
🗓️Day 0:
Da Nang Airport – Hotel (Grand Tourane Hotel Danang)

🗓️Day 1:
Rent a motorbike for a day trip around the city: Breakfast (Banh Mi AA Happy Bread) – Han River Market (popular with Korean tourists) – Pink Cathedral – Hoa Ly Shop (souvenir shop, Vietnamese woven bags) – Lunch (Hủ Tiếu Kỳ Kỳ) – Museum of Cham Sculpture – Tân Coffee (egg coffee) – Dragon Bridge (water and fire show on weekends, just pass by) – Linh Ung Pagoda on Son Tra Peninsula (primeval forest, the green lung of Da Nang, home to the tallest white jade Guanyin statue in Southeast Asia, 3 hours visit) – Dinner (Bếp Cuốn Đà Nẵng) – My Khe Beach (stroll) – Hotel

🗓️Day 2:
One-day trip to Hoi An (Hoi An is a city about 20km from Da Nang, located in Quang Nam Province), go by motorbike or taxi.
Hoi An Ancient Town tour route: The ancient houses and assembly halls are basically on one street, just follow the Thu Bon River direction. Eating and drinking recommendations:
Sandwiches (Madam Khánh – The Bánh Mì Queen)
Coffee (Uncle Huan Coffee or Moments Hoi An or Faifo Coffee, the first and third have egg coffee)
Noodle shop (Mì Quảng Ông Hai)
Hoi An specialty dishes (Morning Glory Original)
Coconut boat ride (navigate to Hạnh Coconut)

🗓️Day 3:
One-day trip to Ba Na Hills (a full day needed, cable car, castle buildings, Golden Bridge, circus performances, like a mini-world) – Son Tra Night Market (Grab driver said it’s not clean, eating there might cause diarrhea) – Hotel

🗓️Day 4:
Da Nang Airport – Fly to Hanoi~

Actual itinerary:
🗓️Day 1-3: Wake up naturally every day – Take a taxi to eat – Go to the supermarket (Big Go!) to buy some snacks and beer – Stroll on the beach (My Khe Beach is right in front of the hotel) – Back to the hotel, eat snacks and play with the phone, very enjoyable~
🗓️Day 4: Rented a motorbike, rode to Son Tra Peninsula in the rain, got soaked and looked very miserable
